Markus Unterberger

Managing Director Unterberger & Partner and Financial Service Practice Leader at Kennedy Executive Search

Markus Unterberger is the owner of Unterberger & Partner (since 2007) and founding partner of Kennedy Executive Search. He set up 4 offices in Salzburg, Munich, Frankfurt and Zurich, accompanying the success of international corporates. Markus studied Economics followed by a Master Coaching course. He is in charge of pre-selecting Management Board and leading positions focusing on insurance, banking and private equity clients in Europe. As Vice-President and Financial Service Practise leader he drives the network of Kennedy and can offer his clients sustainable quality at a global reach. Markus lived in Italy, Germany and is now based in Salzburg.

Caroline Frisenberg

Partner, Frisenberg Associates, Monaco, London & Gothenburg

Since 2012, Caroline has run Frisenberg J. & Associates an Executive Search Firm and proud partner of Kennedy Executive Search. She has successfully recruited talent to both publicly held and privately funded companies across EMEA. Identifying, recruiting, hiring and developing superior executive talent are at the core of her competence and affection. She has built several world-class organizations and applies that same drive to her own firm.

Caroline speaks English, French, Swedish and Norwegian, currently resides in Monaco. She is enrolled in the Doctorial program, where she researches personal branding and corporate reputation.
